If your consent condition asks for a CTMP in NSW or a Traffic Management Plan in the ACT, the reviewer usually wants proof that the largest truck can enter and leave without mounting kerbs, plus haulage or approved access routes, worker parking and pedestrian protection.
The most common reason is missing or weak swept path analysis for the largest construction vehicle. In the ACT, a missing Construction Parking Plan is another frequent request.
They cover the same problems, but the labels differ. ACT documents should say Traffic Management Plan / TMP and follow TCCS / Roads ACT wording. NSW documents are usually titled Construction Traffic Management Plan and reference TS 05492:1.0 TCAWS.
